Choose your session, review the details and complete payment securely through Razorpay. These terms apply to online gaming passes. For a birthday or corporate event, please refer to your agreed event package and event terms.

Your session

Try one game for ₹300 or four games for ₹1,000 per player. One game means one normal room session, including retries within that session. These two tickets are available from 4 pm IST on Saturdays and Sundays. Timed passes are ₹1,500 for 60 minutes, ₹2,000 for 90 minutes and ₹2,500 for 120 minutes per player. All taxes are included. The online booking minimum is two players. Children under 7 require adult supervision.

Payment and confirmation

A selection is not a confirmed reservation. During checkout, places are temporarily held for 10 minutes. Your booking is confirmed only after payment has been verified and capacity is available. If payment arrives after the hold expires, staff may need to arrange another session or resolve the payment with you.

Changes and cancellations

Confirmed online bookings cannot be cancelled. Tickets are non-refundable. If you need to move your visit, contact Gamestorii on +91 87901 97280. Rescheduling or booking credit is subject to management approval and availability.

Participation waiver

Before opening payment, the booking contact must read and accept the participation waiver. This records the booking contact’s acceptance only; it does not record separate consent from every player.

Personal hour passes

Personal passes provide 10 hours for ₹8,999 or 20 hours for ₹16,999, including taxes. They are valid for three years from purchase and belong to one named member; they cannot be shared. Use 60, 90 or 120 minutes per visit, up to 120 minutes per day across your hour passes. Reception confirms same-day sessions subject to availability and sends an email OTP before deducting time. Food is separate. Paid hours are not forfeited after 90 days of inactivity. The pass purchase itself does not reserve a particular session.

We store your member ID, pass balance, purchase details and usage history. Pass purchase confirmations and usage receipts go to your registered email and the business; usage OTPs go only to your registered email. Reception can view your pass and record usage after OTP approval. The administrator can suspend passes and reverse unstarted sessions with an audit record. Contact reception for billing invoices or corrections.

Your information

Trendy Tech Games LLP operates Gamestorii. The booking service collects a contact name, phone number, email, session details and payment references to manage the visit. When you proceed to payment, your name, email and phone prefill Razorpay checkout. Your booking reference, visit date and time, pass, player count, booking type, optional occasion name and tax-inclusive total are also shared with Razorpay for payment records. Payment details are entered through Razorpay; this website does not store card numbers or UPI credentials. Booking confirmations are sent through Resend from bookings@gamestorii.com, with a copy to trendytechgames@gmail.com. Resend processes the recipient address and booking details needed to deliver these emails. The waiver version and acceptance time are saved with the booking contact’s details. Booking and café order records are stored in Cloudflare D1 under Gamestorii’s business account. A private Google Sheet under the business account also receives ticket sales, payment records and café order details for staff reporting. Authorized staff can access the records required for their work. Booking information is not automatically sent to an accounting system.

Website usage analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors reach our website, start checkout and complete a paid booking. The main website and booking page use the same reporting property. Google processes usage information, browser and device information, referral sources, a booking reference, pass duration, player count and the amount paid. Analytics uses cookies to connect visits across gamestorii.com and bookings.gamestorii.com. Our booking analytics does not send your name, email, phone number, occasion name, payment credentials or private booking access token. It does not run in the staff area and respects a browser’s Do Not Track setting. You can also control cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tool. Your booking works even if analytics is blocked.

Optional advertising measurement

With your optional-cookie permission, we use Meta Pixel on public website and checkout pages to measure visits, checkout starts, enquiry actions and confirmed paid purchases. Meta receives page URLs, browser and device information, cookie/ad identifiers, pass details, player count, the tax-inclusive amount paid in INR and an opaque event identifier. Our explicit events exclude your name, email, phone, occasion name, card or UPI credentials and private booking access token. WhatsApp, call and email clicks are recorded as contact actions; they do not prove a message was sent or an enquiry was received. The contact form’s submitted event is recorded separately. Advertising measurement does not run in staff pages, score search or private payment links, and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Blocking measurement does not stop booking or payment.

Your optional-cookie choice applies across gamestorii.com and bookings.gamestorii.com for up to 180 days. You can change it below. Browser blocking or withdrawal means some bookings will not appear in Meta advertising reports.
